For the love of G-d, someone help me. I've tried to do some research but I can't find recommendations I can trust. Looked at menus for "high-end" restaurants in area & am unable to believe $35 prices for pedestrian pastas.

Visiting relative in Kissimmee who mainly eats at chains - we're active eaters who frequent local BYOs/small plate places (Philadelphia) & are terrified of what may be in store. Any suggestions for local chefs, especially fish & seafood, authentic non-american cuisines? No steak joints please.
