I am wondering. If there was only one other spice you could use in your cooking, besides salt and pepper, what would it be? For me I would have to pick garlic. What about you? But, lets break it down to one extra spice for meats and one more, if different, for veges. for me I think I can safely stick with garlic for both. I do mean to include herbs as spices but, you have only so many characters when posting a heading..
