We bought the frozen seafood mix at Sam's Club hoping it would be great. Unfortunately we don't love it. We also don't hate it. From the website "This mix offers a great combination of seafood shrimp, surimi, squid, mussels, octopus." I made it the first time with spaghetti and a marinara. We were thinking that it would be good in a seafood cannelloni or enchilada but I don't know where to begin! Please help me use this so we don't waste it and can make space in the freezer. Thanks.
