I'm wondering if anyone knows of any hard ciders that are bottled without nitrates or sodium benzoate or anything else added to preserve it! I like Ace cider brand as well as Strongbow, but finally checked both their labels and low and behold (a weep and a sigh!), they both have preservatives. Any suggestions? Is it at all common to not add preservations?
