Going Organic...

I have finally made the decision to only eat organic meats. I feel if I eat meat I should be eating it responsibly. Does that make sense?

Anyhow, being as organic meat is expensive ($18 for 4 shortribs, WOW!) I will not be eating meat daily. Perhaps more fish.

Any tips on the change. What are your favorite alternatives. I also need help with the fact that my hubby isn't so much of a veggie eater so, grilled veggie things are not going to be on (his) menu too often.
