Cooking Bone Marrow

I saw a 4 lb pack of frozen bone marrow at the grocery store for $10 (Cdn funds before my American friends gasp and yell "Highway Robbery!")

Now, what to do with four pounds of bone marrow. Do you make soup dishes like Pho? Do you roast them? Ideas and recipes please!!

The marrow is whole round bones, not sliced length wise unfortunately.
