What to do with Meyer Lemons?

I have two Meyer Lemons hanging around the crisper drawer, and wonder: what would you do with them? It has to be dead simple and hopefully quick. (I'm due any day, and don't spend much time on my feet.) Would you slice and dry them? Just save the juice? Make salted lemons? A favorite quick dish?
