Since sustainable is the mantra of the moment, what is everyone's take on Legal Seafood & the Culinary Guild of New England serving a 'blacklisted' fish dinner to promote consumer awareness? The menu, which sound yummy, features fish that are on the uh-oh list. Legal says they're fine to eat, but are they promoting that we ignore the warnings about pollution, over fishing?
It's complex. I just wonder what others think.
