I am the proud owner of a 1 kg bag of Mariage de freres tea (Wedding imperial). I usually have smaller amounts of tea sitting in my pantry which get used within a year or so. Do I have to do something special with it, like put it in the freezer? (Which has no room because I have a stupidly designed super-narrow freezer.) I assume tea is more like dried spices and less like coffee, but I'd like to keep it as fresh as possible. Any tea experts out there who can chime in? Thanks!
