Garlic Powder vs. Fresh Garlic
To my taste, most dishes are better with powder than with fresh. I've tried it across a number of dishes (sautes, braises, etc.), and it's best, in my view.
In addition, I've blind taste-tested with over 20 friends and they agree that powder is better.
Better dissolution, less chance for burning, less hassle.
