I have a big jar of Kikkoman black bean paste with garlic sitting in my fridge. I'm pretty sure I used some of it to make Chinese barbeque-style pork for lo mein that I've made. I like the taste of black bean paste, but I'm not exactly sure or confident about how to use it. So, I'm looking for some more ideas for this ingredient.
