Can you duplicate restaurant taste at home?
I'm reading a lot about great recipes and fabulous dinners.
Attempt to make a dish at home , scaled down to ... Let's say for 4 , would be , or can be ever achieve that complex and robust flavor what a professional kitchen offer EVER..?
I don't believe so , a cup of reduction will ever the same then a restaurant simmering goodness , by the gallons
Any of you can prove me wrong ? I would love to learn a cheat sheet ,if is exsists !
