Blender vs. food processor
I have a good quality blender, but no food processor. Is there a functional difference? In recipes when it says "food processor" can I blender it instead? I don't want to mess up my blender, but I don't particularly have a lot of storage for extra kitchen appliances.
In particular I was just looking at the "Easy homemade hot chocolate mix" which involves food processing frozen baking chocolate bars.
Any advice would be helpful!!! : )
