I am conducting a small study on people's eating habits and I would like the help of all of you SE'ers out there, please.
The premise of the study is that there is no "normal" for what, when and where people eat on a typical day (i.e. some people eat enormous breakfasts and little else all day until dinner, while others are the opposite).
I would like to know what your daily patterns tend to be. Do you have rules on what, when and where you eat? Do you eat breakfast? Do you save all of your eating until the evening? Please be specific and if possible, give your reasons for doing so.
