I've got some Christmas money and I'm missing Bayless on CreateTV, so I think I'm going to get a Bayless cookbook.

I don't have another dedicated Mexican cookbook, so maybe the first One Plate at a Time would be best, but I like the fiesta programs, too.

What do you have, and what do you like/dislike about it?
