My family always has prime rib on Christmas day. I really can't think of anything I'd want to replace it. We just had turkey for Thanksgiving. Ham is for Easter. My family always has pasta and sauce for Christmas Eve. I might go for some lamb, but I don't think the rest of the family would be wild about it. The prime rib just tastes like Christmas to me.
What main dish does you family traditionally have on Christmas? Or do you have something different every year?
