What do to with sticky rice

We're doing a potluck for New Year's tomorrow, and one person is bringing sticky rice. Now, we're all big rice lovers so it wouldn't be an issue to serve it simply with soy sauce and siracha, but I feel like we need something more. I just don't know what that is. Chili? Curry? Any other ideas for something that could serve a few, keep warm for a while, and go with rice? Or should I keep it simple and not worry about it?

The only other proper entree-type dish being brought is pasta gorgonzola, otherwise it's all deserts and snacks (buffalo wing dip, seven layer dip, chips, etc.).
