Substitute for corn syrup??
I make a product for sale and would really like to replace the corn syrup in the recipe with something healthier. However, when I've tried things like brown rice syrup the consistency changes. I need the product to be gooey and have a long shelf life (at least a month) and corn syrup seems to be the only way to do it. Any ideas on a substitute?
