It's snowing. The baby's sleeping. I'm bored. The oven is sadly empty. The baking cabinet is rasonable stocked. I need to bake something! Maybe something with yeast, since I have some time on my hands.

Any reccommended bread recipes? I haven't experimented much with bread, so I don't have a preferred recipe yet and want to try something new.
