What to Do With Chipotles in Adobo

I made a delicious shredded chicken filling for burritos last night, and it left me with one can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce minus two teaspoons of it. I'm looking for ideas for what to do with it. I'm also wondering if I can mince the peppers up and freeze the minced peppers and sauce much like I do with the leftovers when I open a can of tomato paste.
