Mapo doufu
I recently had this dish for the first time and I just can't get it out of my mind. The combo of the flavors, textures, and heats just really does it for me. I couldn't stop eating it even though it was volcano level hot temperature wise as well as being fiercely spicy and numbing. Also I love that it combines tofu and pork which is disturbing to some of my vegealien friends. Anyone else enamored by this dish?
