I'll try cooking anything once, but the worst thing....
was when I bough a whole snapping turtle to make snapper soup and found it wasn't totally eviscerated, and it still had toenails. I managed to get it ready for the pot without tossing my cookies more than twice. It made gallons. Ugh.
My father loved snapper soup, as did many of my friends and family, and I thought I'd try my hand at it. It was nearly 30 years ago and I still avoid snapper soup like the plague.
