How do you organize your kitchen?
With all of the food-related gift talk, I'm guessing a lot of us Serious Eaters are looking for space in the kitchen/pantry to store new kitchen goodies.
So, how do you organize your kitchen? Are you in a small apartment with two cupboards? Do you have serious storage? Are you disorganized to the point where you buy the same item twice?
How do you store food, spices, knives, large pots and pans, huge platters, etc.?
