Aluminized Steel Baking Pans Rubbing Off On My Hands -- Help!

I have several baking pans (mini muffin pan, rectangle cake pan, etc) from Williams-Sonoma made of aluminized steel, and I'm having an issue with all of them. When I grab one out of the cupboard, I get black stuff all over my hands. I've tried to clean it, but it just keeps coming off!

It has also happened to the top part of the whisk attachment to my Kitchenaid mixer and another small baking sheet. I'm not sure what those are made of.

Any ideas? Is it my dishwasher? My detergent? They all say "dishwasher safe" so I'm lost. Thanks!!
