My family will be in Philadelphia the second week of December for the Navy vs Army Football game. My dad has asked me to find a restaurant for Saturday night. His price point is around $350 for 6 people.

Also, any suggestions for an awesome philly cheese steak? I saw a place on Food Network's "Best Thing I Ever Ate" but I can't find it on their site....
