Anyone know what the story is with Coco Fresh Tea & Juice coming to 38 Lexington Avenue at the corner of 24th and Lex? Work is going on inside and there are somewhat flimsy signs up, but a basic internet search yields nothing. The signs say something about it being Taiwanese.....
