I recently stumbled upon the apparently huge and quite common phenomenon of eating cheese and honey. I have always done this but just thought it was a strange quirk of my tastebuds. When I googled it one day to see if anyone had discovered the delicious combination I was blown away by the response. So my question to you, fellow Serious Eater's is this: What combinations of honey and cheese do you eat? Also, do you know of any recipes that incorporate both cheese and honey?
