By this time tomorrow chances are you are going to be full of turkey, maybe a little sleepy, and wondering what in the world you are going to do with all of those leftovers. We've already seen plenty of great ideas for repurposing leftovers here—Sichuan-Style Hot And Numbing Sliced Turkey and Leftover Layer Cake are both on our must-make list and the San Francisco Chronicle shared a great recipe for turning your leftover stuffing into bread pudding.
For this week's challenge we are having a leftover derby, a contest to see who can make the most creative use out of their leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberries.
