Too Much Parsley - What to Make??
So, I misread my ingredient list for my Thanksgiving dinner and bought *way* too much fresh parsley...now most of it is in the freezer, but I wanted to know if anyone had a good idea or recipe for what to do with it all. I would rather bake it into something, than use it to flavor a dish. I have already found some nice recipes to useup my rosemary, including a lovely-sounding cake, but I can't find anything for this stuff.
