My doctor has recommended the south beach diet to help with my insulin resistance and all i keep thinking about are all of the amazing recipes and suggestions that flow through this website that I am now going to have to miss out on. Can anyone restore my sanity and suggest some no carb/low sugar/ SE worthy recipes for me?
