Last year I had a few cookbooks I was lusting over--How to Cook Everything-Bittman( BTW awesome Iphone app) , Pioneer Woman and 660 Curries.

This year I have been too busy traveling to peruse for the newest good books (except for all the excellent ones on SE)...any suggestions?

I'm not a baker and we love ethnic foods...
