ummm - goat blood
sooooo - i am picking up two quartered goats tomorrow am - and i am getting blood too. the goats are for a friend, the blood, free.
sausage? i am thinking i can phony a "casing" for a sausage by pouring the slurry into a bread pan - lined - and cooking in a pan of water.
any ideas would help greatly.....what should i do with the blood of two goats?
now that i have phrased it like that.....hmmm
