Thanksgiving bread/rolls recipe not involving a stand mixer?
I've been assigned bread this year for our Thanksgiving meal, and instead of doing the usual Pillsbury crescent rolls or buying rolls and just heating them up, I'd really like to put my baking skills to the test and bake some rolls or bread from scratch. Problem is, every recipe that makes my mouth start to water involves a stand mixer. While I do hope to get one of these someday, I don't have one now and I definitely won't have one by Thanksgiving. Does anyone have a drool-worthy recipe that I can prepare without this wonderful kitchen appliance?
