StarBuck's Salted Caramal Hot Choc, to drink or not to drink?

I for one LOVE this drink. I know it is probably not the best for me, but I am drinking my first one of the season and each sip brings a smile to my face! Any other lovers or haters of this drink out there? Happy Fall to all!
