I'm running in the NYC Marathon this weekend (exciting!) and I am trying to think of a place where my friends and family can meet up with me after the race. The marathon ends near tavern on the green but since 43,000 people are running I'm sure anywhere near there will be crowded. I don't mind taking a train so anywhere downtown is fine. I don't want a sit-down place because I'll be tired and who knows how long I'll want to stay. I'm thinking someplace casual, or a bakery- somewhere with plenty of space and carbs to refuel with.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
