Portions

I'm making Thanksgiving dinner for 17! I am not sure about the portions I should make. One lb. of turkey for each person, check.

What about the gravy, stuffing, the mashed potatoes, the pies, salad, cranberry sauce etc. Is there a guideline for making enough (don't want to run out but don't want to end up with a ton of leftovers either).

Please guidelines!
