(I must preface this that I am stealing this forum discussion point from another food centric forum that I'm a member of... none of this is my own writing)
"So I know this crazy woman who names her turkey every year. That would be fine... except, she massages it back to life and gives it a bath. "The joints have been frozen in position so long," she explained. Then she rubs the butter and spices in... I think she tells the bird it's like aromatherapy or something. Then- then she tells it, it's time for it's sauna- "because you don't want to scare it and have it seize up and be a tough, dried out turkey, do you?" I think she drank one too many bottles of wine."
What do you all think? I've never eaten anything that had a name.
