I made a sweet potato casserole last year and can't find the recipe. I had to dice the raw sweet potato and cook it in a pot with JUST butter and cream. I mashed it when it was fork tender and I can't recall the remainder of the recipe. Anyone have any clues? It was heavenly....with very little sugar.
