How much broccoli for about 10 people as a side dish?

I volunteered to make stir-fried broccoli as a covered dish as part of a dinner at church. They are figuring on about 50 people but as there will be all kinds of other dishes (trust me I checked that sign-up sheet) I should figure on 10.
I plan on using broccoli crowns - two pounds or four pounds?
