Chourico, anyone?

Does anyone know what Chourico sausage might be like? I won a sample pack in a contest and it's due to arrive today, so I'm wondering if anyone's got a clue what it tastes like, or what I should serve it with.

Obviously I can cook it and taste it, but at that point it's kind of too late to plan side dishes.

I've looked it up online, but if anyone used it before, I'd love your input.
