Burger Buns; Kaiser or Sesame
I own a burger joint in San Diego. I use kaiser buns for my burgers now. I started off with white sesame seed, but they never really held up well to our big burger, so I switched. People seem to like the kaiser better (personally I prefer a squishy bun but I'm in the business of making my guests happy).
Which bun do you prefer and why?
