The other night I had dinner at Gazala Place in Hell's kitchen. My friend and I shared a delicious mezze platter, but it was the boureka that makes me want to go back. Flaky, chewy and rich with goat cheese and savory spinach, this boureka was easily one of the best I have had, which makes me wonder where else in NYC makes great, maybe even better (if that's possible) bourekas?
