Here's how it works: Ask your holiday food-science and cooking-related questions in the comments here and throughout the week, we'll pick the most popular and interesting ones. Friday morning, Ed, Harold, and I will sit down and chat and try to answer as many as we possibly can. By Friday afternoon, expect a new post with all of your answers.
