I've got a request for your encyclopedic restaurant knowledge.

Some friends and I are meeting a friend from out of town for lunch on Sunday. She's got mobility issues so we want to meet for lunch somewhere close to her accommodations in DUMBO. Places close by that are easy to access by subway may also work.

The catch is that she's vegetarian, and my other dining companions are vegan. Now I loves me animal product-free meals, but I'd really prefer a place that happens to be vegan- and vegetarian-friendly to a place whose spirit lies in seitan. I've never been that impressed with vegan-specific dining in New York, so I'm hoping you all could help a lonely omnivore out.
