Are you a snacker? I am trying to cut down on calories, the result of which is hunger from 3-6 p.m. Too be honest, even when I eat a "normal" calorie lunch, I get hungry in the afternoon. I have been eating almonds about that time, but they are very high in calories, so after a few nuts, my snack is over. It's too easy to make a run for the border when hunger strikes. Or hot Cheetos. Or Rice Crispy Treats. Or afternoon birthday cakes. I need things filling AND low in calories AND varied on hand to sustain me until dinner time. What are your go to snacks?
