New mom needing vegetarian recipes

Before the baby was born I stocked the freezer with a bunch of healthy meals, made by me and family. Chili, veggie lasagna, soups...

Now I'm nursing, and the baby is fussy. I was told to cut out dairy, "gassy vegetables" (onion, garlic, cabbage...what else?), and soy.

As a vegetarian, dairy, soy and vegetables are what I live on. What's left?? I've discovered almond milk. Upped my quinoa usage. But there's really not much I can find to eat. Maybe I'm too sleep deprived to think outside the box right now... any tips for basic easy to grab food ( cereal for dinner again...), and recipes since one of these days I'd like to find time to cook again!
