I am having the President of our Local University over for dinner next week and have come to a standstill on what to make for dessert. My menu includes Coconut Shrimp for an appetizer, Steak Oscar & twice baked potatoes along with roasted brussel sprouts for the Entre. I would like to make a nice light dessert, any suggestions would be great, thanks
