Tonight on the 4th night of fruit/vegetable diet (or as I prefer to call it cleanse) my whole family was home so I made their favorite-burrito bowls.
Usually it is just shredded pork cooked in salsa in the crockpot dished up into bowls of Spanish rice with guac, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. This evening because of my restrictions I had it without the meat and added mushrooms, a few tablespoons of black beans (feel like its time for a tad of protein), broccoli slaw and just didn't have the good stuff!!
The chocolate covered toffee I hid from myself in the fridge is screaming my name!!!
