Tangy Salted Green Chilies
Does anyone know how to use this condiment? I saw the recipe on the NYT website in a hot sauce article by Melissa Clark. The article listed a recipe for a garlicky hot sauce and this salted green chilies, but not much info on which dishes would benefit from these green chilies. Looks really easy and I've got a glut of serranos right now. Any ideas? Thoughts?
