I've finally managed to get a 6 day stop in San Francisco on my way from London to New Zealand! Working and staying the first few days in the Fairmont Hotel then staying with friends in Oakland. Any recommendations for places to eat would be so appreciated. Simple and delicious is what we're looking for!
